Our One and Half Year Anniversary

Today Andrea and I celebrates our one-and-a-half year anniversary since being married back in October. So much has happened since then. We’re still at the same jobs, the economy has tanked, Andrea has been  furloughed, the nation has elected our first African-American President,  we bought a house, and we got a kitten.

Amazing how much has happened, yet it only feels like yesterday when I was standing at CSU Stanislaus saying our vows on that beautiful, slightly windy October day. It has been such an amazing journey so far with Andrea and I’ve enjoyed every minute and look forward to many, many, many, many, many (x 1,000,000) more years with her. I’m very fortunate to have someone so beautiful, intelligent, understanding, and compassonate as Andrea. She truly is my other half.
