Usana HealthPak 100

Usana HealthPak 100

So in an effort to lead a more healthy lifestyle, Andrea and I began taking multi-vitamins. At one point we were pretty consistent at taking multi-vitamins, but after a while of popping so many pills, it gets tedious.

usana-healthpak-100.jpegSo now we’re back on track. We’re also trying a bunch of Usana products, courtesy of my Hoai Nguyen. The first of the Usana products we will be using is the Usana HealthPak 100, a multi-vitamin that, according to the box, helps with heart, bones & joints, eyes, and lungs and contains Olivol.

What we particularly like best about the Usana HealthPak 100 is how they package the pills. Usana makes it very easy to take all the necessary pills. Each of the HealthPak comes with 56 packets, good for 4 weeks.  There are 12 pills you need to take total a day, conveniently packaged and split in two packs of 6 labeled AM and PM. And according to Andrea, packaging all the pills you need into simple packages like this makes it very easy to keep consistent. I agree.

Happy Valentines My Love

Happy Valentines My Love

Many people believe that Valentines is the invention of Hallmark; perhaps it is. And many couples we spoke to that have been together for awhile no longer celebrate Valentines either. And while Andrea and I do realize that we don’t need a day to show our love for each other, for the time being, we are going to take part in this artificial holiday because we are newlyweds and it’s an excuse to be extra lubby-dubby for a day. But make things a bit simpler, we aren’t going to celebrate Valentines today, but rather tomorrow on Friday when it will be less hectic.

But because I messed up slightly, Andrea was able to get her Valentines present a day earlier. The original plan was that at 10AM, I was going to email her a picture of where I had hidden her present: in the trunk of her car where her spare tire is. But she accidentally saw the pics I was going to send her on my iPhone because I was showing her pics of Stripes playing in the garden. So what did I get her? I spent a small fortune on getting her something she really wanted: the True Religion Joey Super T jeans. What did she get me? Two pairs of True Religion jeans also. As you can probably tell, we both are both jean freaks and True Religion is our current favorite brand.

So tomorrow will be our day. I have a whole day’s worth of activity planned. Until then, I love you wifey, Happy Valentines!
